Billet Shearing Machine

These are heavy duty shears required tor material preparation for either Rolling or Forging. The feedstock available in the form of billets or slabs is cut in cold condition, depending upon end application.
M.S. Plate fabricated construction completely machined, bored with triple reduction. Shafts, special steel Blades. Flywheel etc

Flying Shear Machine

Flying Shear Machine is used to cut the material of various sizes, in different lengths of Shearing Machines with flying arm effects. It is installed after the Shearing Machines and before the cooling bed. It drives through Programmer Logic Controller (PLC) system. DC or AC Variable Motors. It is used in high speed mills.
We manufacture flying shear with a capacity of TMT Bar sizes 8 mm -40 mm.

Cold Shearing Machine

Cold Shearing machines are used to cut the finished product into desired lengths.
We manufacture crop shearing machine for ail kinds of Bars,rounds and structural products like Angle, I/H beam. Flat. U Channel etc.

  • These machines are also of steel body with four steel gears.
  • Clutch can be provided on special order.

  • The capacity of these machines varies from 50mm to 200mm for Blooms & 50mm x 200mm to 125mm x 400mm for Slabs.
