These cranes can be equipped tor cabin, floor pendant control, joy stick control and radio control. The cabin can be attached to the bridge or trolley as in case of grabbing cranes.
It is the most economic solution in the building with Single Girder Cranes. It is generally used for load capacities up to 10 Tons and span up to 120 ft. The hoist travels on the bottom flange of the girder.
Saundh Double Girder over head Cranes just fulfill the needs of the Steel Furnace, Paper-Mills, Pipe mills and heavy Engineering Industries. We also manufacture Cane Unloaded for Sugar Mills. The advantages of Double Girder Crane is the higher hook lift since the hook can be pulled up between the two main girders.
A Pulley is a power transmission cum speed
controller device which can be used at various places dependingon the application and size.
In Rolling Mills it is used between motor to flywheel and
flywheel to gear box so as to control speed input speed as per the application. It is duly machined and balanced and comes in all groove sizes and bores. The material mostly used to manufacture the pulley is Graded Cast Iron. We make pulleys from 150 mm o 3500 mm Dia.
It comes complete with Shaft, bearings. Plummer Blocks. Base Plates and Foundation Bolts etc.. and is designed and
manufactured as per the application.
